Can I return an item?

All sales are final, each gift box and the items curated in them are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, exchange or cancellation.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping thoughout the USA and Canada

When will my gift arrive?

As a general guideline, consider the shipping options and estimated delivery times provided by the delivery company at checkout. Typically, standard shipping takes 3-8 business days. What are your warehouse shipping hours

Our shipping hour are Monday- Friday til 5pm CT. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

The warehouse does not ship on the following holidays: MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas season TBA for 2024

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any order cancellations

What happens if my giftbox shows delivered but they never received it?

It's rare, but occasionally a package may be misplaced. Sometimes carriers leave it out of sight, so ensure they check all potential hiding spots. It might even end up at a neighbor's or another nearby office. If a box is marked as delivered but not received, email us at info@justboxshop.com. While we can't control shipment once it leaves our warehouse, we'll do our best to resolve the mystery. We may ask you to file a carrier claim, and we'll likely do the same if needed

How do I know how many items can fit in the box

You do the picking and we'll do the packing. We will do our very best to accommodate all your items. If a box size adjustment is needed, it's on us. Why isn't it allowing me to add this item to my cart?

Hello Amanda, Great question:)

At times, when multiple users are on our platform, clicking 'Add to Cart' followed by 'Checkout' can lead to an 'Out of Stock' status. Our system only permits the selection of available stock. For instance, if you've chosen 10 of the same item but desire 11, you'll be limited to our remaining inventory. Don't fret! Email us, and we can suggest complementary items if needed at info@justboxshop.com
